Jennye joined Food Perspectives as the Operations Director in 2015. With a BA in English and a minor in Theatre, Jennye has spent her 18 year career in execution and people management, focusing on continuous improvement and creating cohesive teams. Working in the food industry at Starbucks, and Peoples Organic/French Meadow Bakery & Café, her favorite role has been that of a corporate trainer, teaching people how to coach, and helping teams implement methods for consistent execution.

In her current role, Jennye oversees the execution of all Food Perspectives Quantitative and Qualitative on-site fieldwork. Jennye is responsible for executing and constantly improving procedures which ensures every product we test is handled and served properly to ensure quality data. Jennye oversees the training of FPI field staff and ensures they each feel confident in their ability to meet the needs of FPI's clients. Her team motto is "flexpertise"; being an expert with flexibility. Through Jennye's vision, FPI's team is uniquely qualified to accommodate our client’s ever changing field execution needs.

A little known fact about Jennye: She spent her first summer after college leading a touring music and theater group for high school students, directing all the skits, including one she wrote and she even sang a solo on stage.
