Background:
Peter earned a B.S. and Masters in Food Science from the University of Minnesota while working as the Sensory Center Coordinator for the University. He brought his knowledge and skill-sets to FPI, which include running tests, creating proposals, questionnaire development, recruiting, analysis and reporting. Peter’s philosophy behind every project: It’s not enough to meet expectations, they must be exceeded.
