Donna Blaukat
Divisional Relationship Manager
Donna received a B.S. in Food Science from the University of Minnesota and recently completed coursework in Sensory and Consumer Testing from U.C. Davis. Before joining FPI, she served as Senior Product Development Technologist at Arden International Kitchens. As a sales manager and project manager, Donna shares her wisdom on test design, project implementation and product development, from bench-top and plant trials to full commercialization. She is extremely organized and loves learning about the intricate facets of her profession.
