Background:
Chris earned a B.S. in Food Science and a Masters in Liberal Studies/Food Science and Writing from the University of Minnesota. She has over a decade’s worth of experience in food sensory and product development, from ideation through commercialization. Chris has a comprehensive knowledge of food sensory properties and food ingredient functionality. This insight has proven to be invaluable to her clients. Before joining FPI, Chris worked for Arden International Kitchens and International Dairy Queen. Chris is excited to bring her expertise to all of her clients and help them succeed.
