Background:
Carlos received his B.S. from the ITESO - West in Jalisco, Mexico followed by an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. After more than ten years of Information Technology experience, he joined Food Perspectives as Director of IT. His passion for technology has helped FPI advance its goals as a company. Along with day-to-day company support, he contributes greatly to the strength of our executive team as an integral part of the higher level decision making and planning.
